My Peer review experience was very mixed. If I’m being honest, I am not very good at being critical of someone’s work. It was especially tough because we had opposing views on the subject which I did expect, but it still was difficult separating what may have been an actual critique of their work or just a comment because I didn’t agree with them that was helpful at all.
I did find the other part of the peer review very helpful though, my essay was very rushed and there were many mistakes that I may not have caught without this peer review. And I am thankful for all of the feedback that they gave me.
